Welcome to the Tap & Spile. This is a very nice watering hole situated on the banks of the canal in the heart of Birmingham. This two level pub is well worth a visit, not just for its range of fine ales but for its friendly atmosphere and location.
The lower level of the pub can be accessed directly off the canal with its busy traffic of passing boats. The long narrow ground floor is on different levels with the bar down one side. I have used this pub many times and found it always to be inviting, warm and friendly. After a show or concert the Tap is just the place as it has a late licence at the weekend.
